Vicki is the British High Commissioner to Malaysia. Prior to this role, she served as British High Commissioner to New Zealand and Samoa and Governor of Pitcairn. From 2006-2010 she was British Deputy High Commissioner in Mumbai and headed up the UK's Western India team. Vicki has dealt with major crises, notably leading the UK's response to the November 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks and the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake. She is passionate about youth engagement, women's and children's rights and is a truly inspirational leader.
Under Caroline’s leadership, Saïd’s Open Programmes is ranked second in the world for quality of overall executive education experience and number one in the UK. Caroline has expanded the programme portfolio, increased enrolments and overall growth rate, and is working with global organisations to develop high quality development experiences for senior leaders. Caroline is also part of a global network focused on creating executive education opportunities for women.
Ron was appointed Vice Chairman of Worldpay in 2013. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer for over 10 years, building and leading Worldpay into the premier global payments company it is today. With over 15 years of experience within the global payments industry, Ron holds responsibility for the strategic direction of the FTSE 100 business which employs over 5,000 employees across 25 of offices in 13 countries.
Chris’s initial career saw her pave the way to become a main board member of the billion pound retailer, Otto UK. With first-hand experience of running such a large commercial organisation, Chris then moved into the executive coaching space, initially setting-up her own coaching company and subsequently joining MROI. Her vast experience means that she is well placed to coach top talent in all aspects of career and personal development and it is this coaching and her leadership which has had such a significant impact over the years on so many.
