Terry Heymann is CFO, overseeing finance and operations. Terry has broad experience across the gold supply chain. During his time with the World Gold Council, he has led the development of the Conflict-Free Gold Standard, the first industry-led scheme to set out responsible business practices in conflict-affected areas. He has also led the development of the Guidance Note on All-In costs, which has been universally adopted by the gold mining industry to improve the transparency and integrity of their financial reporting. In addition to his role as CFO, Terry also oversees the World Gold Council’s work on standard-setting for the industry.
Prior to joining the World Gold Council, Terry was a Principal at Marakon Associates, a leading strategy consultancy, where he helped clients in a number of industries on strategic issues and new product development.
Cherine is a Director with Sustainability Services with KPMG Singapore and has more than 12 years of experience in numerous accounting and advisory projects. She specialises in sustainable development – in particular, sustainable finance, corporate sustainability strategies, implementation, monitoring and reporting of social and environmental initiatives, sustainability reporting and sustainability assurance.More information about speaker
Roshel has over 12 years banking experience, across client coverage, corporate finance and loan syndications.
She joined Standard Charted Bank focusing on strategic transaction origination of transactions across Africa. She has also recently worked in the bank’s loan syndicate business based in the United Kingdom prior to moving into Sustainable Finance.
Roshel has worked on several high profile and award winning financings raising capital from commercial banks, supranational institutions, development institution, pension funds and asset managers for clients and projects in emerging markets.
