Following the first workshop on developing your networking skills, part two of the Future Focus Workshop series will concentrate on the importance of maintaining a strong and healthy body. There's plenty of evidence to show that by doing this you can improve your effectiveness at work and general well-being. We will explore some of the key factors around sleep quality, exercise patterns and nutrition and give you some good insights into how to shape up!
This will be an interactive workshop where you will be given opportunities to explore your current habits and given action steps to take away with you and implement straight after the event.
