WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
Following the first workshop on developing your networking skills, part two of the Future Focus Workshop series will concentrate on the importance of maintaining a strong and healthy body. There's plenty of evidence to show that by doing this you can improve your effectiveness at work and general well-being. We will explore some of the key factors around sleep quality, exercise patterns and nutrition and give you some good insights into how to shape up!
This will be an interactive workshop where you will be given opportunities to explore your current habits and given action steps to take away with you and implement straight after the event.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will learn key metrics around how to track your sleep, movement and nutrition and be given direction on how you can make positive changes that will have a direct impact on all aspects of your life including your personal and corporate success.
In addition to the networking opportunity, you will have access to key insights around optimal health, performance and managing stress.
Join us on 8th October as Chris Richards of Ultimate Performance & Alex Mearns of Levitise share their experience in helping corporate professionals perform optimally in all facets of their lives.
