Angela has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years with experience in broking, underwriting and general management, and has been based out of Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Angela joined Lloyd’s in 2016 and is responsible for driving the strategic direction, promotion and oversight of Lloyd’s in Singapore and promotes Lloyd’s in the broader ASEAN region.
Angela is an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Reinsurers’ Association and a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel (FCAP). She holds a Masters of Commercial Law from Melbourne University and Bachelor of Commerce (Ins. & Mgt) from Deakin University and is a Fellow of ANZIIF.
Mark Milford is the global Vice President Cybersecurity for Wartsila Corporation. Mark is responsible for the cybersecurity of 19,000 employees worldwide, corporate enterprise networks and all Wartsila product groups for the maritime, energy and defence sectors.
Mark has 27 years’ experience in Cybersecurity. He holds a Master’s Degree in Cyber Forensics and Investigations and is a certified GCHQ Cybersecurity Non-Executive Director.
As a founding member of the Maritime Cyber Emergency Response Team (MCERT) based in Singapore, Mark has an unparalleled insight into the current cyber risks facing the maritime ecosystem.
Mark Rathbone is PwC’s Asia Pacific Capital Projects & Infrastructure Leader, and will provide senior leadership for the South East Asia Infrastructure core team. He leads the CP&I team in Singapore and has 20 years' experience advising on a range of transactions across the infrastructure project finance and PPP market, including transactions for projects in the social infrastructure, health, land development, energy, defence, and transport sectors.
Mark has been integral to the development of project commercial structures, including deriving tariff mechanisms, risk allocation and related funding solutions for large infrastructure transactions in the region, while also leading the negotiation and implementation of PPP, joint venture and concession type contracts.
Tim Percival is the Vice President of Cyber Security for Asia Pacific for Nettitude. Tim is responsible for growing Nettitude’s operation in the Asian market and has worked in cyber security for the last 13 years in roles that focus on sales development as well growing businesses into new markets, particularly outside of the UK.
Tim oversees Nettitude’s growth into the Asian market and is tasked with driving new sales opportunity that focuses on financial services as well as Marine and Offshore sectors and more specifically operating technology (OT).
