The British Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting 2019 will be held at Eden Hall, 28 Nassim Road on Wednesday, April 24th, 2019 at 6.30pm (registration starts at 6.00pm). Full details on the programme for the evening will follow.
The Annual General Meeting will receive the Annual Report of activities and present the 2018 Financial Statements for approval. The Chamber's progress and achievements during the past year will be reviewed and initiatives for the second half of 2019 will be presented. The audit of the Annual Accounts is underway and these will be available and communicated to you in early April.

All Primary Members are entitled to vote during the meeting.
If you are unable to attend, you may wish to nominate a representative, or submit your vote by proxy by completing the Proxy Form.
The Chamber's Board (also referred to as the Committee) is elected each year and will take office from the date of the AGM. All BritCham Members (except Individual Members) are eligible for election, with two current Primary Members required to support a nomination for election. Under the provisions of the Constitution, if more than twelve nominations for election are received, a ballot will be held.
For security purposes, all who wish to attend must register.
A photo ID must be presented at the guardhouse for identification purposes. No parking is allowed on the premises but limited parking will be available along Nassim Road. If guests need any special assistance please inform the event organiser in advance. Please note that laptops and bags, with the exception of small personal bags, are not permitted on the premises. They will have to be left at the security post.
