WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND

Just like the United States, the UK has a world-wide tax regime – at least as far as Inheritance Tax is concerned. Regardless of where you live, were born, die or are resident for tax purposes, if you are 'domiciled' in the UK, your global estate is within reach of UK Inheritance Tax – both during your life and when you die.

Knowing what 'domicile' is, how it works, what the different types of domicile are and, crucially, how to use it to your advantage is important.

In addition, your non-resident status is the single most important determining factor of your UK tax exposures.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Maintaining it is critical to your financial well being.

In this presentation, Martin Rimmer, Head of Tax at Select Investors will set out practical guidance on how to plan, how you can remain non-resident and more importantly, how to manage your status when things change.

This event will be held at the Singapore Cricket Club and continental breakfast will be served.

With special thanks to our Event Partner, Select Investors.
